The subtle little phrase that flashes for everyone before most television and movie shows is easily overlooked and lost out of mind for a lot of viewers. So, for those of you who have overlooked this simplistic item a lot of people have come to rely on; Closed Captioned means that any one with a hearing disability can access video programs with on screen text correlating with the speech of the show.

I wanted to say thank you for your post. I wish someone could help, but I have to help myself on t his one.
I am hoping that just "talking" about it, putting it out there, getting feedback and such will help.
I mean my family knows what happened, they just have no idea the toll thta it has taken on my life and we do not discuss it.
So that is the benefit of here, I can tell my story, the whole story, even all the ugly stuff that is happening now, the demons i battle that no one would understand, they would only look down, shake their heads and judge me.
By the way, I read your milk post -Milk is my favorite *food* :-)
